Most matchmaking services scale by adding more matchmakers. VETTA doesn’t. Every introduction runs through one person who knows you, knows the network, and makes the call herself. That focus extends to geography. Ashleigh is bi-coastal and personally present across all three markets: New York, South Florida, and Los Angeles. It is a heels-on-the-ground approach, not a list of markets on a map. These are three worlds she knows from the inside, so when an introduction happens, it comes from someone who actually knows both sides. The result is closer to being taken care of by someone with impeccable judgment and a very good address book than to any service.

She was always the natural connector, the one with an instinct for who belonged together and the taste to know what good looked like. She studied interpersonal communication and psychology, the foundation beneath VETTA, learning to read what people mean, not just what they say.

Her career supporting founders and successful entrepreneurs, in worlds where discretion and trust were everything, sharpened a rare skill: understanding what someone needs before they've said it. And she's been the single woman navigating modern dating herself, the apps, the fatigue, the search for the right person. She built VETTA to be the thing she wished existed.

Every introduction is handled personally by founder Ashleigh Rodosta, a certified matchmaker and science-based dating and relationship coach. It is a discreet, curated alternative to dating apps, built for people who want a real person with real judgment.
VETTA works in three markets: New York, South Florida, and Los Angeles. These are not points on a map. They are worlds VETTA knows from the inside, their rooms, their rhythms, and the people who move through them, so every introduction comes from someone who understands both sides.

Every VETTA engagement is built around one person rather than sold as a fixed package. Engagements include personally vetted introductions, a personal photography session, image and styling guidance, dating coaching, concierge date planning and honest feedback after every introduction, all shaped around what you actually need.
