Welcome to withvetta.com (the "Site"), operated by VETTA ("VETTA," "we," "us," or "our"). By
accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree,
please do not use the Site.
1. About VETTA
VETTA is a private, referral-based introductions service. The Site exists to provide information about
VETTA and to allow prospective members to inquire about our services. Submitting an inquiry through
the Site does not create a membership, guarantee a consultation, or obligate VETTA to provide
services. Membership is extended at VETTA's discretion.
2. Membership Is Governed by Separate Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any introduction services provided by VETTA are
governed by a separate written client agreement, which will be provided to you before any engagement
begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client
agreement controls with respect to the services.
3. Eligibility
The Site and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you
represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Accuracy of Information
If you submit an inquiry or provide information to VETTA through the Site, you agree that the
information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. VETTA's services depend on honest
information, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement based on inaccurate or
misleading information.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
VETTA provides introductions, not promises. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of any
particular introduction, relationship, or outcome. Any service commitments are set out exclusively in a
signed client agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and design, is the
property of VETTA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site
content without our prior written consent. "VETTA" and "Introductions. Elevated." are trademarks of
VETTA.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
– Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
– Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means
– Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VETTA and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your
use of the Site. In no event will VETTA's total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site
exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under a
signed client agreement or under applicable law that cannot be waived.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VETTA from any claims, damages, or expenses (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law
principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in
the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of
those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Site
with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full
effect.
